Looking in the Houston area at 55+ communities. Any recommendations either way? Have looked at Dell Webb and at Bonterra at Woodforest. Concern about both is quality of home builders. Know that a lot of it is determined by the construction manager on site.

Be advised, if you were looking at Sweetgrass in Richmond. Fort Bend CC will be gone in less than three years. That land was purchased by Johnson Developement
