I have had good luck with understanding property lines in Texas just using CAD info. I know it isn't perfect, but it does what I need it to do.

In Oklahoma, apparently, you must buy or purchase access to the CAD info I am looking for. Anyone have an account that wouldn't mind running a report on a specific piece of property? If I am wrong , please let me know about accessing this info.

Thanks.

I have done some research in McCurtain Co., it was the same way. However it isn't that expensive, I usually just set the account up for 1 months, do what I need to do and then cancel it. I don't print anything out, I just use a camera app on my phone, CamScanner, to take pictures of the pages and it turns them into a pdf. In the grand scheme of buying land $25.00 is a drop in the hat.
