How long do you want to ignore this user?
Do these exist? I've got $100k plus equity in my house and $30k plus already in lot, but I don't want to sell current house until 2 months or so out from new house being done. Help!

That information is wrong.

OP you may be able to access your home equity, depending on some other factors, and get to 20% down upfront on your construction loan.

Your information is wrong. We don't originate either VA nor FHA construction loans. We do originate conventional construction loans.

We do have a 10% down conventional option up to loan amounts of $750K.

VA loans have had zero down option for years and are actually the best performing loan program out there. They are underwritten using residual income instead of just debt to income which makes a difference. Not they are full proof of course, but perform way better then other lower down payment programs.
