Excluding MLS, what are some of the better/most common real estate database/mapping tools out there?

Would like something with a Mobile APP as well

I don't transact at a level that would justify a lot of expense

I'd like to merge with Appraisal District data as well if possible

I don't think there is anything like what you are describing.

I do know you can use Map point and Excel to auto plot locations with information. That's about it though.
