Do I have any recourse for a management company that didn't respond to several written requests for insect infestation from before I moved in and electricity bills beyond belief for a leak in the HVAC unit?

R u the tenant or landlord? Each would have a different remedy available for this breach.

Tenant. They did breach the contract, but I decided I have been too blessed to be petty.

However, I would just like to know what happens on each side of the situation.
