Can you define "lot"? Are we talking small subdivision lots, or larger acreage rural lots? Also, are the lots to be held indefinitely, or to build on asap? Those have different answers.

In this particular case eventually the buyer wants to build but not in an immediate time frame. Residential in the woodlands/magnolia area
