Does anyone on here use Homesnap to look at real estate? They provide a market health status by zip code. I've noticed this week that all zipcodes in Houston are at a critical level with almost no sales, contracts, or new listings. Days on market is increasing across the city as well. Wondering if this is a glitch in the data, or if the Houston market has gone in the tank.
