I currently own some rental homes but looking to build some new rental homes on some empty lots I own. Can someone please explain some of the differences in the loans. Are downpayments, rates, and terms similar for a construction loan for a rental as they are with a standard loan for a rental property? Thanks.

Most banks banks won't touch investment. I am meeting with a new investor. I will circle back
