what is the best area to buy large 10+ acreage lot for investment around Dallas. I was looking around Celina but the prices seem to have gone up significantly over the last two years. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Not developing. The plan is to purchase and leave it for a while.

Be prepared to pay taxes on it every year.

This is the type of thing you do when the market goes to **** and then you buy it from a bank, or another developer needing liquidity. Do it now and you're paying a premium and setting yourself up to make someone else rich later down the line.

I am looking for lots to sell sheds on in Texas...

Basically we would just place sheds on your lot (might put gravel down)... We need good frontage.

If you end up buying something contact me!

I haven't researched so this could be wildly wrong, but possibly in the Princeton/Farmersville area? Dallas and the burbs are growing north on 75 and 290. You'd think that they eventually spread east. P/F are just a few miles east of McKinney on 380.

You could lease the acreage out to the meth labs in Princeton.
