We are probably 3-5 years from retirement and would like to downsize to a house in the Humble/Huffman area. No urgent time frame, but would be interested in talking to someone that is familiar with the area. We'd also be up for buying land and building a custom home. I thought someone on this board might have some insight.

I lived in Atascocita for about 7 years until recently. If I were moving back to the area, I'd move to the Commons in Huffman and enjoy some room.
