Malone is a net minus- constantly travelling and zero scoring.

Good shooters returning from injuries will cut into BarKer's scoring.

At 6'4 she would become one of 2-3 elite SEC centers and scorers.

Her finishing layups would offset her long shots. The ten-12 foot shots woulde still be in range.

If she had been at center against LSU, Reese would have her scoring severely restricted.

She would pick up fouls at center but she already picks up too many fouls at forward.

Idk. I like where she's at currently. Jada has had some great games for us. I've been impressed with her growth this year.

Given our depth, it really doesn't matter who starts. No one deserving additional minutes is missing them just because they come off the bench.

Barker and patty can more than handle the paint. Whichever one is high or low in the doesn't matter that much. These are the two the guards need to get the ball to. It will open up the 10-15 jumper that kay kay is so good at. Hylton does need more time especially early in the game at the point. And Mya needs more minutes too!

Malone has a good touch around the basket, getting the entry pass in to her when she was the only major threat inside the paint was difficult and she also has some issues controlling the ball if not a good pass

She is also a big body and while you dont penalize her size you have to understand she will cause more contact issues in regards to fouls if she doesnt position herself properly

This season is about growth and we may not have won many so far but we played very well in stretches and other than SC and LSU on road we havent been blown out for the entire game, making some small comebacks at various stages of the game

agree with this; she's just a sophomore and i think will end up be an amazing 5 for us over the next few years.

Barker isn't a back to the basket player. Though I'm sure she would do great. Patty and Malone are but both inevitably get in foul trouble. Usually for bigs that is conditioning or footwork or just not understanding positioning when posted up. Which leads to reach in or control fouls.

Barker is emotional and gets chippy when called. Just needs to mature out of that. I doubt seriously there are easy fixes to get in the NCAAT this year short running the table in the tournament. And that should be difficult. But anything is possible!!!

Really looking forward to our best game. Would love to see us build off of the last game/LSU loss.

I'm not complaining. She puts the team on her shoulders. She will mature.

Reese was being guarded by Barker and Patty. They are all forwards. Malone guarded LSU Center Ladazhia Williams. Williams played 29 minutes and also fouled out.
