We have 5 turnovers in 5 minutes. That puts us on pace for 40 turnovers today. It has lead to basically all of MS State's buckets being layups so far.

The game was there for us.

So close to catching Miss. State in the 3rd and then just couldn't hit layups. Continuing to play hard to the end of the game.

Probably so, but coach Taylor has said she's not sure we would win any games even with everyone healthy. Just never know. She has stated we are just not very good right now. Getting better. But just not at the level to compete in this conference at the moment.

We dug hold in first quarter snd never recovered. We had some bad TO that cost us points at the other end.

I thought our bigs did well in second half dealing with foul trouble.

Just need more offensive weapons

No (at least I would hope not). I think Barker is a difference maker for sure; she is the future of this program if she can stay healthy. Knowing this, I don't know if I want Barker back this year if she is willing and able to red-shirt and commit at least 3 years more (hopefully 4).

I'm not sure what to think of Hilton. I realize she can get to the bucket QUICK, but I worry about her turnovers (and I realize she is young). Just not sure we have found our CC (not that there will ever be another). I love the recruits coming in to support, and after studying Dawn's results while taking over the SC program, I've walked myself back off the ledge. SMH lol

Although we struggle to score, I can see the progress that this team has made with the offense they are running. The buckets are there, we just have to convert. I think we've average 6 points in the first quarter for the last 4-5 games (or so it seems).

Defense has improved from last year - 100% agree with that.
