Yes I agree as I thought I read over the co-associate part incorrectly the first time.

Why are you sure Bond-White will get the job?

Someone in another chat string posted that GB is retiring this summer, and that BondWhite will be taking over, AND the team has already been told.

I have no idea if this is true but they seemed pretty convinced and sure of the facts.
