I moved to Greenville, SC a few months ago. My wife met me downtown for lunch today, and as we were walking along Main St., I heard the unmistakable first few bars of the Aggie War Hymn. It turned out the Hullabaloo Band was warming up in the sunken courtyard about a block or so down the street. We walked over and got there about the time the band was hitting the saw 'em off section, and my wife and I started swaying. The band was drawing a small, curious crowd by that point. Luckily, I was wearing an A&M QZ today to support the ladies team, so even if we looked like idiots as the only ones swaying, at least some people knew why. When the pause came, I was the only one who yelled "short! eh!", and I did so loud and proud. A few surprised band members looked up and gave me a thumbs up before they resumed playing.
Wish I could make it over to the game, but work commitments prevent me doing so. I really hope they win today so I can take the family to the game tomorrow.
BTHO Arkansas!
