The Aggie women's hoops team played Florida early Sunday afternoon and defeated the Gators 67-59. Despite scoring only nine points in the second quarter, the ladies used a strong third quarter to go ahead and never looked back.

The Ags were led by Danni Williams who had 25 points while Khaalia Hillsman nearly notched a double-double with 15 points and nine rebounds. Curtyce Knox added 16 points as well.

Despite having 18 turnovers, the ladies compensated by shooting 60% from beyond the arc, making nine shots. They also won the rebounding battle 35-29 and shot 85.7% from the free throw stripe.

The ladies will take on 12-7 Missouri on January 19th. The game will be played on the road.
