LITTLE ROCK, Ark. Texas A&M took control with a 16-0 run in the third quarter, defeating Little Rock 55-37 in a women's basketball game at the Jack Stephens Center on Wednesday.

The Aggies move to 4-0 for the fourth consecutive year and seventh time in the past eight years.

Facing a 21-20 deficit at halftime, the Aggies went on a 16-0 run that spanned 7:44 of game time and built a 37-23 lead. Little Rock (1-4) went 0-for-9 from the field in that stretch, and had two shot clock violations.

Khaalia Hillsman led the Aggies with 15 points, and was joined in double figures by Anriel Howard with 11 and Danni Williams with 11. Howard had her second double-double of the season, leading the Aggies with 12 rebounds.

The Aggies return to action on Saturday, November 26 to host Abilene Christian at 6:30 p.m.
