Not sure about Jasper but there isn't any new drilling going on around centerville.

Only 2 things happening in Leon County...
1) waiting for that train project to finally die
2) Plains was (in 2020) looking to install a pipeline from Cushing to Houston. That project is currently on indefinite hold.

Neither 1 or 2 affect mineral owners.

I can tell you I'm working a project that will likely involve jasper area mineral owners but can't go into any detail as still early stages.

Years ago, there was a fair amount of drilling going on in Scrapin Valley, just to the east of Jasper.
