I know there are some Harmony ONE fans on here. What's causing that coin to increase more than 30% over the last 24 hours? Goodness!
I probably don't need to make this distinction with folks on this thread, but I'm bullish on blockchain. It will innovate many things.NTXAg10 said:
Latins response is a possibility.
The only honest answer is that no one fking knows for sure why it's pumping. It may be back at .05 tomorrow or it may continue to it's previous ATH.
That would be my answer if you replaced ONE with any other coin as well.
Edit: Unlike YouBet, I think the industry still has a lot of potential and I'll keep DCA in regardless of where the price is on a given day.
There is no blockchain without crypto. Forget about it being a replacement for the US dollar for a second... Think of it as a worldwide computer system or "internet". Then you have multiple layers of applications all riding on top of that base infrastructure. Whatever is happening on that blockchain would still require the use of a crypto token. The utility of that token is an investment because increased adoption of that application means more people need to use that token. Fixed supply + higher demand = higher price.YouBet said:I probably don't need to make this distinction with folks on this thread, but I'm bullish on blockchain. I'm bearish on private cryptocurrencies functioning as a currency and an investment. It's pure pricing speculation at this point.
Edit to further distinguish which crypto currencies.
Well, that isn't entirely true though. Tokens were originally financial incentives to entice people to move things along. Not all blockchain require tokens and as things evolve you might see some standards take root that don't need it. For example, corporations are exploring their own private blockchains and who is to say they don't collude and come up with a standard that the "private sector" ultimately adopts.I should be studying 11 said:There is no blockchain without crypto.
