What's a good actively managed mutual fund for times like this?

I don't have time to research individual stocks the way it needs to be done right now. I also think this next phase of the market is not a time for basic indexing, there will be winners and losers.

Thoughts?

I'm more a fan of dividend aristocrat ETFs. There are about 3-4 worth looking at. They are a good value right now.

I think right now there will be clear winners and clear losers. Not all companies and stocks are going to recover at the same rate.

I'll probably start putting cash back to work in some mix of indexes and actively managed funds.

I'd like to think I have the ability to pick individual winners, but I don't think I have the time or tools.

Then buy the whole market.

If you pick T. Rowe Price, look at their New Horizon fund. It is a small cap fund that is a "High risk, High reward" type of fund. For your age it would do well in the long term. It did take a beating the this month though. In Mid February it was $66/share. One month later it was $45.
