A buddy and I are looking to start purchasing several rental homes in DFW. I was wondering if any folks out there have a good template they would either share or recommend. This is more for the portfolio management rather than for a one-off investment property. Thank you.

Not a great answer for you, but you can search the BiggerPockets FilePlace repository for tons of templates/docs.

Can also use their Tenant Screening Guide to help get you started. Located at the very bottom of their Landlord Resources page.

Take it slow at first to make sure it's for you and you can build your skills and resources at a reasonable pace. That's one of the nice things about rentals.
