This is BIG shock to those in the industry. AMZN won a 600M dollar contract with the Intelligence Community in 2014, building private data centers with the IC. IBM brought that to court and for smacked down by a Federal judge who ruled with prejudice against IBM.
Amazon was about to win the bid until Trump's public statements against that led to the secdef stating that the contract would be reviewed. FWIW, it's against the law for a POTUS to interject in the awarding of a gov't contract.
