Img going to guess that they were just too late. Never want to be the last pipe to deliver. Enterprise, P66, and Epic beat them to market. The pool of shippers were already signed up.
My guess is that PAALP shelved W2W because they bought into Red Oak.
I would imagine that getting pipeline construction crews is not easy these days.
The Aggie number specified has already been linked with another TexAgs account.
Looks like the overbuild is a true problem. The Permian highway (pipelines by KM, ETC and others) is causing price to transport to drop.
Thinking the Wink to Webster was built with assumptions of over 6 million barrels a day coming from out here now estimates are in the short 5M side.

I bet that Chevron backed a 3rd pipe for Enterprise out of the Permian to supply the export position they just took to anchor Enterprise's VLCC export terminal.

Hearing that Red Oak has been cancelled. Anyone have any info on this?
The red oak pipeline was supposed to go thru my ranch. On a new path that currently has no pipelines. I just called their rep I have been dealing with and it has been cancelled and he was told today was his last day.Stan Crowch said:

The 20" pipe production started today at the pipe mill after a go /no go decision was made yesterday.
30" is set to start in May...which I doubt will be made.

Wink to Webster is still going forward. Have no doubt. It will still be a money maker for XOM.
That's a pretty well diversified project if I remember correctly. Meaning there's several owners who have interests in the line. Doubt that gets scrapped.

I guess that I am confused. Wink 2 Webster is only 3 pipeline spreads since Enterprise took the project. One in Midland that was started 3 weeks ago. Two south of I-10. One of those spreads of 5 miles will be built. The other 25 miles will not.
The previous W2W is called M2e3. It is currently 25% completed of nearly 500 miles. Are you hearing this is being canceled?

Not sure. I never asked. Only said working on the red oak line. They had surveyed and done soil tests where they were going to need to bore. In SE Tx.
A friend in SE Tx also who had the wink to Webster line going thru his farm was told this week that it had been cancelled as well.Bigballin said:
