10 years is a little outside the usefulness of that technical pattern, but on a trend chart when you see that it is a parabola of buyers turning into sellers leading to a breakdown of trend. A reverse head and shoulders is just the opposite - bullish

See the H&S on Tesla after its highs? See where it breaks the right side lows and begins a longer trend retreat. Then it loses major support for a quick drop and has now developing a reverse h&s.
