so it appears everyone that bought following 2014 IPO is getting a packet for claim on the $75mil settlement

can someone dumb down how the claim eligibility and amount is structured? first off does it only apply to those who sold shares at some point?

I once got $1.08 for some defective eyeglasses.

You do need to submit the claim to be in the settlement payout.

Unless you have a massive position, it isn't worth excluding yourself or objecting.

Do you have brokerage statements or records from 2014/2015?

you do need to file a claim and submit proof of purchase/ownership I got that much from it

I submitted my 9/14 statement when I purchased and 10/15 statement for holdings, didn't sell any shares

It is unknown at this time.

If approved, looks like payout after attorney fees and expenses will be around $50,000,000. Right now they don't know how many ADS (shares) will be in the pool to spread that across.

I haven't looked up how many shares were outstanding back then, but assuming 1 billion and 50% of shares are in the settlement, that would be $0.10/full share. I could be off by hundreds of millions of shares and it won't change the payout much if you don't have a big position.

They won't send a check if a payout is less than $10.

Wouldn't it depend on how many shares are actually submitted claims?
