A couple of friends and I are starting a small business. We are looking for an attorney to draw up a membership agreement for us. Basically, people in our business provide their contact information to us and we negotiate with vendors for best deals, since our members are sole proprietors for the most part. We want to make sure we stay legal as far as sharing information with third parties. Do any of you know of someone with experience in these type of agreements? San Antonio/Austin area would be nice, but not an absolute requirement.
