I pretty much coded my own site using Dreamweaver but am unsure how to publish it. Will pay someone to take my files and upload to the inter webs for me.

Assuming you don't need more robust hosting, just get a domain and cpanel hosting from someone like GoDaddy - upload files into cpanel.

Agreed with above just go with GoDady and load everthying through ftp. Filezilla is free and easy to use. If you need still need help email me at sales(@)ntouchmarketing.com and I will get it loaded for you.

We do we design and hosting if you'd rather someone do it for you instead of using ftp and hosting with godaddy.
