I've got a friend that has had someone try to open accounts in her name at both Capital One and BofA in the last 48 hours so she's assuming her identity has been stolen (or is in the process of being stolen). I've told her to let all of her credit card companies know, her bank(s), etc.

Any other advice or DO THIS NOW type things that she should be doing?
