Anyone use the New York 529 plan? I was going to go with Vanguard 529 (since I have other investments with them) but saw on savingforcollege.com that New York's 529 plan is ranked higher with less expenses.

Just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with them.

Yup, I use them, and it works fine. No frills, but offers up the same low cost Vanguard index funds.

Would use it again.

I prefer Utah's plan.

They have Vanguard as well as DFA investment options.

I use Utah 529 as well. Couldn't tell you the difference but that one came highly recommended

I'm curious why Utah received the Gold and NYC the Silver when they're both Vanguard and NYC seems to have lower fees.
