Tesla had previously said it provided documents to the Department of Justice regarding CEO Elon Musk's controversial take-private tweet a blunder that ultimately cost Tesla and Musk a combined $40 million in fraud settlement fees.

Now Tesla says it also provided information to the Department of Justice regarding Musk's public statements regarding production numbers of its Model 3 sedan.

Tesla says the company has not received "a subpoena, a request for testimony, or any other formal process," but the Journal reported Friday that former Tesla employees have received subpoenas and requests for testimony.

Asking this thread for advice on what to do (or what you would do). I put some money about a year ago into a global china based ETF (PGJ) with the intention of not touching it for several years. Naturally it has dropped ~20% with everything going on. My question is, should I just cut my losses, or should I double down and purchase more while it's down?

Leave it be and diversify. Choose a different ETF.

Probably what's best. I fortunately have a few other ETF's i'm currently in. But couldn't hurt to keep diversifying.

Away but AMZN has a gap down at $1529 area almost certain to get filled. Think of overrunning that in momentum and I think that's where all the markets find potential major support.

That AMZN could see $1500 looks strong.
