that is correct, per Schwab on ZEST:

The question is are they going to announce a settlement? Does the announced oil company acquisition align with this? Are they going to sell the produce business to walmart and become an oil company?
On June 6 they scheduled a hearing for late September to discuss admissibility of evidence, so maybe they will announce a settlement, maybe they wont.

This is what I use to monitor the carry trade. This is the act of borrowing a low interest currency and investing in a high interest currency in order to benefit from the interest rate change. When big guys are borrowing they're putting risk on, when they're repaying what's been borrowed they're taking risk off.

B&I Key:
ETH - Extended Trading Hours --- RTH - Regular Trading Hours
ORH - Opening Range (1st 30min) High --- ORL - Opening Range Low
R1, R2, R3 - Resistance 1, 2, or 3 --- S1, S2, S3 - Support 1, 2 or 3

I believe it's one of the "get net free and sell half, then stash" plays. So buy today, sell half at 1.2, and you own risk free shares for life.

Someone else chime in if it's supposed to be a double and dump.

I didn't get into ZEST. Should have around 2.90 earlier today and didn't then hesitated too much at 3.15 right at the end of the day.

Oh man - hoping for At least some good news on the earnings report - NASDAQ listing, solid earnings, etc. Even if it isn't the best news of a settlement hoping it's good enough to push the stock up some more! Fingers crossed...

I never could find any support for an earnings release on Etrade. Nothing posted so far so likely not happening today.

Dont count on spy holding, Tuesdays are almost always red, same with Thursdays...
