For those of you that live in Denver... who did you use as your lender? We'd like somebody that understands the downtown market, if possible.

Mine is through FirstBank (efirstbank.com and branches all over) and I work for them too (though I'm in IT). The whole company is in Colorado so they know the market. I got my mortgage most of the way done before my first day working there and it was super easy compared to the big lender I used when I was in OKC.

We used John Burton with TheMortgageCo.com for the purchase of our house in Congress Park last summer.

If you are looking for a real estate agent, Matt Sadler is a good friend and Aggie that knows the Denver area very well. Both of these guys were a huge help when we moved here last summer from Houston!
