I've got a friend who had his DUI probation transferred to Texas so he could move back and work for me. Colorado has now, basically, welched on the transfer and told him he has to move back at the EOM. I need help to figure out what to do to allow him to stay in Texas. His lawyer seems incompetent, and is incredibly lax in communication.
