Ah -- that makes sense. Will your job be based out of Oregon? I ask because if it is and you choose to live in Washington you still have to pay oregon income tax so you end up getting double taxed -- sales and income. (And if you live in Oregon but work in Washington you still have to pay oregon income tax, too =( my husband works up there) I work in portland but have many coworkers that live about an hour south of portland in remote areas with more property and they love it.
