I think it's a hard call. Maybe wait a few weeks and see if there are any updates? It's only been 2-3 days and I don't know if they have a true assessment of what it will take to repair in that short of time. Half of that time was getting people to new resorts, etc. I'll post back here if I hear any updates.

Wife and I had reservations in a couple of weeks. Booked directly through the hotel. Still haven't received communication from them. We have already rebooked at Excellence.

for those who've been here before how does it compare to excellence? Is the towel game strong? PITA to make dinner reservations?

From what I gather online seems it and UNICO are starting to cater more now to large corporates functions and not couples.

It is a nice property. Ironically the Ziva one gets better reviews even though it's kids friendly. Ziva does have an adults only section. I've not ever had complaints at Zilara.

this just saved a few of yall. switch to a better resort with better service. Atelier was a huge letdown.
