What is the best buffet these days (post-Covid)?

Aria buffet was our favorite but I think it has shut down permanently.

I've done the buffet at aria bellagio Caesar's flamingo Wynn cosmo

Wynn is easily on a better tier than the rest. Although some argue Caesar's is better.

I had the one at Caesar's last summer. It's hard to imagine any buffet could top that.
It was expensive and reservations are/were needed.

It has been a while, but Mandalay Bay used to have a pretty good one. Lots of seafood, and I like that.

I've been to the one at Cosmo wicked spoon, i think? And the one at Caesars. They were both impressive from the perspective of a buffet, but neither one was as good as a regular sit down style restaurant in a similar price point.

But as some people say, quantity has a quality all its own. So there you go.

Stay away from the oysters I got a horrible case of food poisoning a couple of years ago. I should have known better at a all you can eat buffet.

Um…I don't recommend eating oysters anywhere and especially not at a buffet.

Yep but I have eaten them my whole life with no problems but was actually hesitant at that buffet and got what I deserved. Still eat them just in better locations.
