Roma Norte, La Condesa, San Miguel Chapultepec.
If you are there on a Sunday, several of the roads leading to, and including, Avenida Reforma are bike and pedestrian only. It is pretty awesome. The Zocalo and especially the Catedral. I'm Catholic but pretty sure it would be impressive to non-Catholics too.
