We are going next weekend to Seaside area. Any recommendations for a boat company to get 8 people on the water for a few hours. Looking for private/semi-private boat or sailboat.

With the Tropical Storm bering down you may not want a boat. We head down there for a week this Saturday and the first 3 days look like a wash out.

could get a pontoon boat over in Panama City and boat over to Shell Island. Several places to rent them.

Yep...not really any marinas near 30A...best bet is Panama City.

we've used Adventures at Sea in PCB several times for pontoon boats, as well as waverunners
