We are going to Palm Springs mid April. We plan on visiting Joshua Tree National Park as well. Any recs on great restaurants and things to do? It's modernism week as well. Thanks. It will be our first visit.

Really enjoyed the Arial Tram, there was a restaurant at the top but due to COVID not sure if its still open.

Would not go to Salton Sea again
Still haven't made it to Joshua Tree

Thanks for the suggestions. Turns out next week also is modernism week as well. Sounds like the uptown area has lots of breakfast spots ans shopping also. Excited to see Joshua Tree also.

The Nest - decent food but stay for the dancing-people watching.

great day trip is BMW Driving School out in Thermal.

TKB Bakery...casual and awesome sandwiches

Trio is a good spot in PS proper.

we lived there for 3 years....
