Headed to Prague, Berlin, and Amsterdam with my dad in January for 11 days total (3-4 days in each city). Any tips on lodging, food, and things to do/see are appreciated! Not looking for anything too expensive, unless it is absolutely worth it. Thanks!

Prague - stay at Design Hotel Jewel Prague, lots of character, great location, nice boutique hotel at good price. You can't do better than this.

Amsterdam - Lots of great places, some very expensive. Last month I stayed at Sebastian's located on Keizersgracht and Brouwersgracht. This is one of Rick Steve's recommended places and it is very good and reasonably priced by Amsterdam standards. Can easily walk everywhere from this hotel.

Berlin - never been there, good luck.

Jmac (posts here)...helped me with Berlin and Amsterdam....places were well placed and nice.

Berlin - plenty to do in the city center - just find the map and start going.

Amsterdam - same - may sure you book Ann Frank early.

Rick Steves has a tour app for both and I suggest you download it for "quick tours".
