Has anyone stayed here? Looks very nice and a great place for families. But the thought of staying at Planet Hollywood gives me pause.

So from everything I've heard from other travel agents, it isn't their first choice. Not a lot of food or entertainment options, the waiters seem to always have their hands out ready for tips and there were some other complaints I can go look up. Overall they said it was subpar to places like the Westin, Secrets and Dreams.
