My wife and I are headed to San Miguel de Allende at the end of May. Does anyone have hotel recommendations?

Also if you have any rec's for restaurants or day trips I'm all ears. We just booked flights on Saturday so I'm still doing some research on what to do while we're there. We're flying in on a Thursday morning and out on Monday morning.

My wife and I have been several times over the past 5 years and love the city. Here are our favs.

Hotel: L'otel. Not cheap but it's awesome. Prime location, and great breakfast that's included with room.

Restaurants: rooftop at El Pegaso, the Restaurant, rooftop at Rosewood (must), La Parads, Companio (breakfast).
