Teenage son wants to go ski for Spring Break. Will fly into Denver and take shuttle.

We usually go to Breckenridge or Keystone. Since it is just the two of us thought would try Copper Mountain. Mainly because ski lesson go up to age 17.

Since I don't ski he will be in ski school which meets at West Village. Any recommendations on places to stay nearby that are an easy walk? We won't have a car and have no idea how good the transportation/bus system works.

Any suggestions or advice is appreciated. I like to snow shoe, any trails in the area? Thanks for the help.

Stay in Center Village.
Buses are very easy.

Copper Mountain is a great choice!

In the West Village there is Telemark Lodge Condos that I've heard is decent.

Most of my clients that have gone to Copper Mountain have stayed in Center Village (as the previous poster mentioned). It's in the heart of all the action and most places are within walking distance to everything. If not it's a short shuttle ride to your lift or destination.

Recommended Condos:
Mountain Plaza Condos
Passage Point
Village Square Condos - they all have glass enclosed balconies
Tucker Mountain Condos
Spruce Lodge - walking distance to most everything

If you have any other questions or need some help booking just let me know!
