My parents have a house that they may be willing to rent out

They would probably want around $1k per day

It sleeps a 20 people

We rented a house a block from the beach near Bermuda Beach last October. It was about a 2 minute walk to beach and pet friendly. Look up Somebeach on vrbo. If I remember correctly, the owner is an Ag.

Just spend a week at pointe west. Awesome location way south of the city with great condos/pool

Our condo is currently available Labor Day weekend. It's a 3/2 on the bay side. Gorgeous sunset views and I had a TV installed on the balcony so as not to miss any of the college football games this Fall. Very short drive (like 1-2 mins) to the lazy river/sunset pool and Beach Club pool as well.
