Wife heard it's nice and wants to go. Anything I should know before I book? Any suggestions re food, things to do appreciated. I'd like to rent a private boat for half day. That's all.

Not a ton to do out there outside of the resorts ..

I like the St Regis more than the Four Seasons but both have good restaurants and there are some local places you can walk to.

My suggestion would be to stay in PV for a few nights then move out to PMita for a few.

Take a day trip to Sayulita. There is a bus but we did razors through the jungle which was awesome..
Next time we go back we will do a few days in PMita and a few in Sayulita..

St Regis is badass. Went there for a President's Club trip with my old company. There is an awesome Nickalus course very close to the resort with a true island green that you have to take a boat to get to.
