I recommend this guy, Paul Woodadge. I did his two day tour 5-6 years ago, and it was fantastic.

I googled one from paris and then cross referenced on TripAdvisor. I would recommend the same and pick a good price

Admittedly, I could care less about the tour guide and generally do my own gazing. The tour was cheaper than renting a car, paying tolls and gas.
