Has anyone flown this rate w/bags? If I am reading this correct you are allowed to check a bag at the ticket ctr for the standard $25 for the first bag but if you somehow screw up & end up at the gate w/your bag you will need to check it & they charge the $25 standard plus $25 gate fee. Is this correct?

Yes and they charge you
For anything you can't fit under your seat

Yes I understand that you are only allowed to carry on a bag that fits under the seat. If you choose to check a bag is the cost $25 only as long as you take care of that at the ticket counter?
