Love Mesa as well, never been disappointed with service or quality. I do wish they'd refresh the menu though. Seems like it's been the same for yearsaggiedata said:
Mesa Grill at Caesar's is our go to. We are never disappointed in this Bobby Flay's place.
Jean George was amazing IMO at Aria. I have been to most of other named steakhouses and for what it's worth, I remember my steak and wine selection there as being top notch.

I don't know about the NYC location but I thought Flay shut it down in 2013.
I tend to trust Open Table reviews over others. Not sure that's a valid assessment or not.
I love Delmonico's. I have always had good experiences dining there. I thought it was better than Steve Wynn Steakhouse for a lot less $'s.SoTheySay said:
Delmonico. Delmonico was what I thought was awful.
You're the onlly other person I've ever seen post on here about Michael's. I've been going on a guy's trip with the same group for 17 years now and we've eaten at Michael's on probably 12 of the trips. It can't be beaten as far as I'm concerned. We've had the same waiter every time and he remembers us every year. Old school vegas at its absolute best.mgreen said:
Michael's at South Point Hotel is my top 5 in the world. Use to be in Barry Coast. Most of the same staff for 20 plus years. Fine dining at its best.
You need to be old school Vegas to know Michael's.Old School Brother said:You're the onlly other person I've ever seen post on here about Michael's. I have been suggesting Michael's to close friends for years and nobody has ever gone simply because it is the opposite end of the strip. Glad you enjoyed it. Now I am thinking about a Vegas trip. Darn you.tbone94 said:
