Gonna be in OKC for a month. Tell me what to do.

Besides not go in the first place.

Midtown okc and brick town have stuff. After that, classen curve has a few things. Good Asian market nearby.

Hotel wise, skirvin and colcord are your best bets. The Hilton garden inn and Hampton inn in brick town are owned/operated by the Raymond group. Mid market hotels but Raymond properties are absolutely top notch.

After that, just hit the poker room at river wind and forget it.

Or head west to the Wichitas....

Where are you staying and what are you in to? Feel free to PM but I can give you a laundry list of places to drink/eat and things to do. City isn't Houston or Dallas of course but I've enjoyed my 8 years here

Pops in Arcadia for a ton of sodas and decent burgers
Nic's for burgers but get there at like 1045 and take cash
Tucker's for burgers and shakes
Hideaway or Wedge for some pizza

I moved from OKC a couple years ago but those were places we'd take out of towners

They actually opened up a Pops in Nichols Hills Plaza now

Also there is Nic's Lounge on Robinson now that serves the same burger in a much more "regular" setting.

For pizza, I know those options you listed are old time faves around here but I recommend Joey's in the Film District or Empire Slice House in the Plaza

I didn't even know there was a Film District. OKC is growing up.

It's always been there, but it's really blowing up now

Eat at Cattlemen's Cafe near the stockyards. Great steaks.
Visit the National Bombing Memorial and Museum. They recently re-did the museum. It is a sobering experience and somewhere every American should visit.

Second on the museum, it's great

I'd skip Cattlemen's and go to The Ranch or Red Prime for a much better steak.

Cowboy Hall of Fame. Might be called the Pro Rodeo Cowboy Hall of Fame.

National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, very cool if you're into that
