2026 will be George's age 36 season

2027 would be George's age 37 season

outfield would be a little crowded

but the outfield has / has had injury issues

Wonder if Garcia could be a situational closer this fall. He came up as a reliever. Maybe not too often coming off an injury, but it might be an option.

He'd be who I'd want to see first of the starters go pen. He can run it up to 97 if he knows he's only going an inning.

Smoltz did it off an injury. Garcia might be able to do it.

Boring day off, but legendary day in Astros history.

These are OK, I suppose. I used to love listening to Milo on the radio. Baseball is great on the radio if you have the right guys on the play by play and color.

As an envoy from the TexAgs religious right prude council; I would say I wish there were less ladypics on the baseball thread, but luckily the way they let you not automatically bring up pics or gifs solves the problem.

Carlos Correa has ZERO stolen bases since 2019.

he stole 27 (14 and 13) in his first 2 years up, then 2 in 2017, 3 in 2018, and 1 in 2019.
Zero since then. He's tried to steal 1 time in that time frame, in 202, and got caught.
