Someone should ask the manager about his .589 OPS cleanup hitter.

Good news is as soon as Abreu is shoehorned back in, we'll be back to the full strength that got us to 12 games under.

Yordan's power stroke is gone, Bregman is useless, Yainer has regressed mightily, Tuve looks mentally not there 3/4 of the time, Chas is a lineup fixture for no reason. A team with this inconsistency and complete lack of approach is going to let the Mariners put them right back to 6-7 games back.

Seems that way.

They had every chance to be within 2-3 games of .500 with how that homestand started and now it'll be five at best (not even going to just assume they'll win tomorrow) with a rotation that owns them coming up on the road.
